I wanted to thank you again. Got it-thanks. The assembly was installed on the 11^th and the shop had no concerns and the assembly is functioning smoothly so that is very good-especially after Garcia Infiniti here in ABQ quoted me a factory replacement price of $1745 just for the assembly (yeah, right!).   Thank you

The unit looked like it was professionally serviced and the included instructions were very helpful.  I was able to get it installed last weekend and everything is works flawlessly.  No more leaks!

Hi Richard, Your shop is fast and very easy to work with.  I will let you know that the BMW rack you sent if bought new from BMW would have been $1700 with a $500 core charge.  Your cost was almost unbelievable but I have used remanufactured parts before and they are just as good as brand new.  Finding your company was an awesome find and I will definitely pass business your way if I know of anyone in need of a steering rack.

I wanted to you to know it was great doing business with you.  Also as a Plant Manager of an auto recycling facility that does in excess of 10mil a annually and having an e-bay dept that generates 80k a month it was refreshing to do business with someone that does it right.  I am also a 25 year ASE Master Technician and your instructions for installing anf flushing the rack you give are great.  You go the extra mile to make sure the customer knows how to do things properly.  As you know a lot of e-commerce businesses just jam out products with no regard to customer satisfaction.  You packaging was great and you communication was super.  I will definitely make the recommendation whne given the opportunity.
